I spent a year and a half at Apple’s ad agency, Media Arts Lab. There I worked on new product launches (like the below spot for MacBook Pro) brand initiatives, internal and external brand videos, and my favorite, a film to celebrate Apple’s 40th Birthday at the Worldwide Developer’s conference. The idea was this: Apple has some of the most rabid brand loyalists around. So Art Director Matt Even and I created a film—a manic collage that celebrates 40 years of Apple’s incredible influence on culture, in just 40 seconds.
